Anthony benefits from over 30 years industry experience, and as CEO, is responsible for the execution of the stakeholder agreed business plan.

Anthony has gained experience from both company and Lloyd’s markets and held a previous position as Director of Underwriting Casualty Specialty at a European based insurance syndicate.

An expert in business planning and delivering high-level strategy, Anthony has extensive experience of portfolio management and product development across several markets and product lines. Anthony currently serves on the Omnyy LLP board, and chairs the Omnyy Europe SRL. board.

With over 20 years London Market experience, Katie started her career at a Lloyd’s brokerage before moving on to global insurers, working on their respective international product liability programmes, before transitioning into underwriting within Professional indemnity.

Katie holds 10 years underwriting experience across Company and Lloyds markets, prior to pivoting into an Underwriting Operations Manager role. Katie’s expertise includes business planning, analysis of underwriting performance, implementation of new underwriting systems and leading project specific work.

Having joined Omnyy in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, Katie is responsible for all Operations across the business, and is a omnyy LLP board member.

Ashlie brings years of experience to omnyy LLP, gained through a number of financial institutions within the City.  Her roles have ranged from a Secretary for a Stockbroker to an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Lloyd’s syndicates.

Ashlie joined omnyy in June 2022 to support and assist the Senior Executive Team.

Luke brings over a decade of experience in finance and account management, having built a strong track record within Company and Lloyd’s markets.

In his previous role, Luke was responsible for overseeing accounts across multiple Lloyd’s Syndicates, while managing key relationships between underwriters, brokers, and clients, to ensure the effective delivery of financial and operational processes.

Since joining omnyy in 2020, Luke has played a pivotal role in strengthening the business’s financial and operational framework. His contribution has supported improved efficiency, strengthened strategic relationships and helped drive the company’s continued growth and development.

In recognition of his significant contributions to the business, Luke was appointed Commercial Director in 2026. In this role, he is responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the business.

Sam joined Omnyy in 2017 to establish and lead the Medical Malpractice division, bringing over 20 years insurance industry experience, Sam’s career spans both broking and underwriting, including experience with a Lloyd’s syndicate, giving him a well-rounded understanding of risk, distribution, and portfolio management.

Having successfully built and grown the Medical Malpractice division, Sam was appointed Underwriting Director in 2025. In this role, he is responsible for leading Omnyy’s underwriting strategy and performance across the business, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining strong underwriting discipline.

Working closely with departmental leaders, brokers, and capacity partners, Sam plays a central role in shaping Omnyy’s underwriting approach, product development and portfolio management. His strategic oversight helps ensure the business continues to meet the evolving needs of clients while delivering sustainable results for partners and stakeholders.

With a First-Class degree in Marketing Communications, and a career spanning both Company and Lloyd’s markets, Alma brings a wealth of experience across the full marketing spectrum.

In her previous roles, Alma has led the evolution of brand identities through press coverage, digital storytelling, and strategic LinkedIn and website initiatives. Based in London and overseeing global marketing efforts, she has successfully delivered out-of-home advertising campaigns, managed international events, and built strong supplier relationships.

Alma joined omnyy in October 2025, working in tandem with the Leadership Team to shape and execute the company’s marketing strategy, aligning creative direction with business objectives to drive growth and visibility.

Danny joined Omnyy LLP in January 2025 and is based in our London office. He has been underwriting PI in both the London and Regional Financial Lines market for over 30 years since 1992, specialising mainly in the MGA sector for much of his career.

He has significant experience in writing both traditional and miscellaneous PI professions on both a primary and excess layer basis and brings a wealth of underwriting knowledge and experience to the team.

Danny’s focus will be the management, development and growth of the overall Omnyy PI portfolio.

James joined Omnyy in November 2025, with over 13 years of experience with a multinational broker specialising in healthcare.

Bringing a wealth of experience working with individual practitioners, global healthcare providers and everything in between, James will focus on Medical Malpractice insurance for individuals and commercial healthcare providers, looking to build out Omnyy’s offering in this space.

James has 37 years underwriting, sales and management experience, working for major insurance companies, specialist Lloyds service companies and MGA’s in London and the UK regions, specialising in Financial Lines.

James joined Omnyy in January 2025 to manage, grow and develop the Omnyy Management Liability/ D & O account across the primary and XS portfolio for SME and larger risks.

Shaurna began her career as a Conduct Risk Assistant for a Lloyd’s Syndicate in 2016.

Over the last 8 years she has gained a diverse range of knowledge from her time working for insurance brokers, global insurers and a Big 4 accounting firm. Shaurna has worked in a range of Compliance roles, specialising in M&A, IDD, Brexit and Product Governance.

Since joining Omnyy in January 2024, Shaurna has developed the Compliance Framework to ensure that the firm continues to meet its regulatory obligations.
