Omnyy LLP is a managing general agent (MGA) and we work closely with a number of insurers with the aim of providing a range of personalised quality risk management and insurance products. In particular this notice is designed to help you understand how we process your personal data through the insurance lifecycle. Insurance is the pooling and sharing of risk in order to provide protection against a possible eventuality. In order to do this, information, including your personal data, needs to be shared between different insurance market participants. The insurance market is committed to safeguarding that information.
This notice also aims to give you information on how Omnyy LLP collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website, for example when you sign up to our newsletter or fill in our contact us form. In particular, this notice, together with the Terms of Use and Cookies Notice sets out how we look after your personal data when you visit our website
(regardless of where you visit it from) and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
