Amber is an experienced professional who has worked in both the UK and the USA before joining omnyy.

In her role as an Underwriting Assistant, she supports the Professional Indemnity (PI) team throughout the underwriting process.

Andrew began his underwriting career with Omnyy, joining to write Professional Indemnity 2015 as a Trainee Underwriter.  As a senior team member, Andrew underwrites a diverse portfolio of Accountants, Construction and Miscellaneous Primary layer solutions, as well as Excess of Loss.

Andrew enjoys a diverse role, involving himself in Delegated Authority, Strategy and Business Planning, Systems, Training and other functions in addition to day to day risk selection duties.

Bryn joined omnyy LLP in July 2019 based in our Bristol office, bringing with him 17 years of experience in the National Insurance Market. Bryn’s insurance career began back in 2002 where he was employed as a specialist Motor & Household Underwriter for the broker market.

From 2007 onwards Bryn has specialised in the PI/Financial Lines Market, working initially as a Broker and then moving over to underwriting in 2009. Bryn has significant experience of writing SME & Mid-Corporate Professional Indemnity & Management Liability/D&O risks, across the full spectrum of Professions, in all of the major UK Regions.

Bryn will be focusing on the management, development and growth of the Omnyy regional PI Portfolio.

Dan joined Omnyy in May 2025 to support the growth and development of the existing terrorism portfolio, holding a First Class BSc in International Politics. With a strong academic foundation and a particular interest in terrorism and counterterrorism, Daniel brings both subject matter insight and enthusiasm to this niche and globally relevant line of business.

Elenor joined omnyy LLP in 2022 bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with over half of this gained working within the insurance sector. She has worked with an array of systems over the years and brings this knowledge to omnyy.

Elenor is looking forward to expanding her knowledge on how the insurance industry runs and using her previously learned skills to help omnyy with the daily running of their systems.

Holding a Masters in Mathematics, Elliot joined Omnyy in 2026 to assist in Omnyy’s Property Owners and the Computer Package lines.

Elliott is eager to develop his underwriting ability while contributing his own insight to the Underwriting team.

Hayley Bilas joined Omnyy in August 2024 as a Senior Underwriter in the Professional Indemnity team at our Bristol office.

Hayley has over 20 years Industry experience having previously held positions at Vision Underwriting, Liberty Specialty Markets as a Regional PI Underwriter and more recently at Arch as PI Development Underwriter.

With a broad mix of expertise and technical ability across a variety of PI professions in SME and Mid-Corporate sectors, as well as excess of loss, Hayley will focus on the development and growth of the omnyy regional PI portfolio.

With a BA in Business and Management from the York University, James holds prior experience working for a large UK MGA. Joining Omnyy in February 2026, James brings his strong working relationships with brokers across the Bristol region to Omnyy.

James joined Omnyy in July 2021 as an Economics & Management (BSc) graduate. He currently manages omnyy’s internal risk processing software & the data associated with this system.

James’ current focus is to develop omnyy’s data management & analytical practices so our underwriters can access any information required.

Bringing with her a strong background in pharmaceutical and aesthetics, Laura joined Omnyy in 2025; having previously worked as a broker. Laura is eager to continue developing her knowledge and underwriting skills with the medical and aesthetics sector.

Lily joined Omnyy at the end of 2021, as Credit Controller. Her career began in an accounting role as a Bookkeeper and she has now brought her knowledge and experience over to omnyy.

Lily is looking forward to establishing herself within the insurance industry.

Louis joined Omnyy in 2026 as Junior Product Build, having completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

With a strong interest in technology, data and problem solving, Louis supports the development of Omnyy’s products, working across data management, analytics and risk processing.

With over 25 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Liability, Mark has experience working within Company markets, Lloyds Syndicates and MGA’s.

Joining the Omnyy team in 2025, Mark works across various lines, including Property Owners, Commercial Combined, General Liability and Computer Package.

Neil joined Omnyy in May 2023 based in our London office as the Claims Operations Manager working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Underwriting Officer & omnyy Underwriters.

Neil has over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry working in various operational roles for an international Claims Management Services company.  Using this experience & knowledge to bring together claims data from all the Classes of Business, management of Monthly Claims Bordereaux, central claims point for omnyy Underwriters and supervision of claims authority obligations under various omnyy Delegated Authorities.

Neil will also be focusing to progress omnyy’s desired claims model for an integrated solution to bring in claims data from all the claims handling solutions.

With over 7 years’ industry, Ollie previously worked as a Credit Controller at a Lloyd’s Syndicate before transitioning to Delegated Authority.

Peter started his career in 2010 after graduating from university. He joined a Lloyd’s brokerage where he has been a Lloyd’s broker and delegated authority underwriter.  He was the Head of Line for the Liability and Commercial Combined binders within the broker’s Lloyd’s & London Market team before joining omnyy.

Peter will focus on General Liability Insurance for both Contractors and Commercial Businesses.

With over 40 years in the London Market, Pat’s career spans senior director positions across some of the markets biggest brokerages. During his career, Pat has developed and expanded his retail broker relationships across the UK, supporting these brokerages in their placements with Lloyd’s. Whilst Pat’s expertise lies in Professional Indemnity, he is also able to assist across other sectors, such as Medical Malpractice, Cyber, D&O and Management Liability.

Sally benefits from over 39 years of experience in the insurance industry previously working for a large global company. During this time Sally has worked across a range of products but in recent years specialised in Real Estate underwriting. Sally has experience working with both Global and National brokers and directly with Investment Management companies.

Sally joined Omnyy in September 2024 as a Wording Technician and will be focusing on the development of omnyy wordings.

Sam joined Omnyy as a Senior PI Underwriter in August 2023 and is based in our London office. Sam began his insurance career in 2011 where he was an underwriter focusing on financial lines.

Along with a brief stint in the broking sector Sam has also obtained his ACII and Chartered statuses with a commitment to professional development, this was added to in 2023 with the successful attempt at the PIF Exam.

Sam will be focusing on Professional Indemnity Insurance for both financial lines and the construction sector.

Sharon has over 37 years’ worth of experience providing insurance services for medical professionals, private clinics and organisations, specialising in Medical Malpractice.

Throughout her career, Sharon has worked as an Underwriter and as a Broker.  Prior to Joining omnyy as a Medical Malpractice Underwriter, Sharon assisted in building and heading up a Medical Malpractice team for a specialist Medical Malpractice broker.

Medical Malpractice is Sharon’s passion and is always updating her treatment and product knowledge, keeping abreast of new procedures and treatments being brought to the industry.

Theo joined Omnyy in March 2024 to help with the development of the company’s data strategy, focusing on data automation and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

He collaborates across the business to provide each department with the information and insights they need to make informed decisions.

Will holds a Masters in Management and joined Omnyy’s Medical Malpractice team in June 2025 having previously worked at an MGA. 

Will is specialising in aesthetic treatments insurance and is simultaneously driven to enhance his underwriting skills and industry knowledge.
